Orange / red sauce for the production of a colour stable and delicious filet tartare or filet American.
 
Filet sauces
The sauces can be blended with very fresh and finely ground beef and consumed within 1 or 2 days. The end product is used on crackers and in sandwiches. Hugely popular in the low countries since the 1960's many millions kg are sold on a yearly basis.  In the UK, beef is normally hung for a long time. This makes the meat unsuitable for mixing with filet sauce.
 Therefore this range is currently not sold in the UK.
