The Tumbling / Injection beef mix enhances the yield, flavour release, juiciness and tenderness of beef products, preserving the natural flavour and attractive appearance of the product.
Suitable for combined beef products, fresh marinated products and for products which are cooked after the tumbling process.
Yield will depend on the tumbling process.
