Marinade in dry form with a typical curry taste. Very well suited to marinade products which are to be fried or grilled. Also suitable for stir-fry, like e.g. small potatoes, mushrooms or Quorn.

 

Using a dry marinade, the taste penetrates the product very quickly. Because there is no liquid in the process the frying starts sooner and it creates a very nice colour.
