Ras El Hanout is a typical Moroccan herb mixture, and literally means " the best of the shop". The mixture consists of a minimum of 12 ingredients, but sometimes 50 are used. Is used predominantly in the Moroccan kitchen. Use this mix to season the nicest Cous Cous.
