Worcestershire sauce

 

Worcestershire sauce is a fermented tastemaker. Produced following an ancient recipe with malt vinegar as its main ingredient. The sauce is used as tastemaker in cooked and uncooked dishes, especially with beef. An important ingredient in Caesar salad and in the Bloody Mary cocktail.
